SWWL LEAGUE COMPETITIONS 2020-21
In the hope that we will be able to participate in a more formal league competition this Spring, the fixtures for the various divisions are below. These fixtures will all be subject to coronavirus restrictions and played following EL Covid-19 protocols and rule amendments. The winners of the SW Premier Division will, as usual, be invited to attend the Clubs' Championships for a play-off against the winners of the SE Division One and, for the first time, the winners of the SW Division One competition will be invited to a play-off against SE Division Two winners! It's all to play for!!

Sunday 6th December 2020 - Round 3
Round 3 was postponed from 22nd November due to Lockdown #2 and new Tier restrictions brought into force as we came out of Lockdown meant some teams were unable to play/travel and universities were not allowed to participate in extra-curricular activities. Therefore a reduced Round 3 was played on 6th December with the following matches:
Bath City v Oxford
Tribe 1 v Cirencester 1
Tribe 2 v Cirencester 2
Southampton v Bournemouth
Sunday 1st November 2020 - Round 2
Once again Cardiff were unfortunately unable to participate due to travel restrictions which meant Warwick Uni's Development team had no match; Cheltenham travelled to Birmingham LC and unfortunately Reading Uni were unable to field a team against Bournemouth.

Sunday 11th October 2020 - Round 1
Due to Covid-19 restrictions Exeter University have had to withdraw from all fixtures, Cardiff had to withdraw from Round 1 and Tribe were unable to field their second team. So Bristol Bombers 1 and Oxford City unfortunately didn't have a match - Cirencester travelled to Reading University to fill the spot vacated by Cardiff.

The SWWL Autumn Fixtures 2020
Due to Covid-19 we are unable to run our normal League tournaments during the autumn. And as BUCS competitions are not going to start until after Christmas, we are delighted that a number of SW universities have decided to join us in our 'friendly' fixtures during the autumn.
All matches will fall under any local restrictions that are in place, which inevitably will mean that things will change. Hopefully everyone will get some competitive games, hopefully against some teams they might not normally meet.
